Develop the autonomous robots as slave/master relationship, where one slave is tied to one human being through biometrics. The human assigns a task and robot only does that task. This will increase the productivity of every human without loss of jobs and solve some of the other ethical issues. Only a human can authorise a robot to improve and replicate like deciding to have a child.
