I am just wondering....who made this Mars Rover picture on Mars?

What kind of super power batteries is NASA using to submit radio signals over a maximal distance (Earth - Mars) of 313 million miles (313.043.478 miles according to our postulated cosmology) and one way signal travel time of 28 minutes plus, assuming that the signal travels with light speed of approximately 186.000 miles per second?

Is this 28 minutes "delayed" signal still useful for immediate corrective actions if total return signal travel time of approximately 1 hour is factual required?

According to the known reverse square law for power requirements of radio signal transmission it has to be a power plant with in Giga Watt range.

Could somebody please explain conceptual technological requirements?

I would like to see one of the rovers with a drill capable of drilling to a depth of 20 feet.

Then analyze the material from that depth.
