David started his career as an enlisted soldier officer in the United States Army. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility including battlefield communications support, regional network management and technology development, prior to the Verizon merger. David earned a Master’s Degree in Management of Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point.
