Presently working with IBM, have also worked as Quality Manager (Six Sigma, SOX,ISO, CMMI Reporting and Training) at Wipro E Peripherals in India, in their R&D, manufacturing, Strategy , marketing and services.

Have also worked with DSL Software pvt ltd (HCL technologies) responsible for conceptualizing & deploying a comprehensive framework for implementing Six Sigma in the company across the globe ( Singapore, Malaysia, London & Frankfurt). Includes getting buy in on the program from all the levels of the organization, build a team of strong quality professionals. Deutsche Bank were the prime client for DSL software and was involved in deploying six sigma for Deutsche Bank conducted six sigma training for Senior leadership team ( VP, Director, Sr Mangers etc.) at London location and Frankfurt location. Played one of the key role in identifying critical Deutsche bank process strategically as a part of six sigma projects about 15 six Sigma projects before outsourcing to India to ensure the process capability of the processes were effeciently high.

Have also worked with GE Power Systems, QuEST-GE-GEDC ( Global Engineering Development Centre) in diverse areas such as Engineering services (CAD/CAM/CAE), Designing, Manufacturing.

A certified Six-Sigma Black Belt and a certified Six-Sigma Master Black Belt from GE Power Systems and QuEST. Have worked as a Six Sigma MBB (Master Black Belt) with QuEST-GE-GEDC mentoring about 10 Black Belts.
