I'm designing a self charging electric harley that runs @ highway speeds and is self charging. I'm just in the daydreaming stage for now, doing my research. First step is to find an electric DC motor that will meet my needs. 12 volt (keeps the cost down on all other components, not sure if thats enough though may need 24V) 0 - 4000 rpm's (3000 will do) and at least 80hp (not sure of electric motors hp ratings)
