Started out building wooden boats for 18 years. Spent 10 of them running a small boatyard.

I have had 55 years of sailboat racing from the small to the ocean going type. Built most of my own racing machines.

After boatyard work moved into Flight test instrumentation Engineering and spent the next 36 years in that field.

Since have retired and settled down to ranching full time.
