Hi, Desperate Des here.
Just a quick bio. 57yo male who has recently purchased 320 acres of virgin land in Bairnsdale. Background as a dairy farmers son who moved off the land at 20yo, lived in the commercial world for too many years and now gone back to the bush to prepare for retirement years (with income generating crops).
I need info on all things hybrid (stand alone-no grid supply available) electricity.
Can someone let me know how to make a wind generator using 24volt truck alternators, and where to get current generation solar collectors at the right price.
