Born 1961. Was in the army for a while, worked as a mechanic, truckdriver and security guard.
B. Mechanical Engineering (Hons). PhD mech eng. Grad Cert Ed (Tertiary). Lecturer and Course coordinator for Mechanical Engineering at my current uni. Teach engineering design, thermodynamics and heat transfer.
Research projects include the effect of biodiesel on emissions and engine life.
All new cars are horrible. Currently restoring a 1949 Pontiac Silver Streak and a 1949 Packard Eight amongst other things.
