I have been the senior service engineer for AVP Technologies Inc. Located in Barrie Ontario Canada, for the last 4 years. Most of my experience is in vacuum pumps and related equipment, including gauges, lubricating fluids, flanging and electric motors. I have in-depth knowledge of all major rotary vane, dry scroll and rotary piston makes and models including; Edwards, Alcatel (Adixon), Varian, Leybold (Oerlikon), Pfeiffer, Becker, Bush, Stokes, Hitachi and most rare European and Asian vacuum pumps. I also have extensive knowledge of Edwards, Leybold and Stokes vacuum booster pumps. I have a great deal of knowledge related to vacuum applications, mostly in the scientific and analytical fields i.e. Maspectrometry.
