I am the lead Estimator at the Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (UMCDF) and work for URS Corp. EG&G Division, Washington Defense Business Group located at Umatilla Oregon. I have worked in the capicity of an Electrical field engineer but I am not a degreed engineer.
