Born & brought up in South India. Studied in Govt Primary School,Puthuruthy, [1-5 std]; High School Mundathikode[std 5 to 10],both are in Trissur Dt, Kerala.I was a day scholar in St Thomas College, Trissur(1963-69:PUC-MSc.After teaching in the same college for one year,did Doctorate in the Chemistry Dept, IIT,(1970-74) Madras[recently renamed Chennai], and spent one year as a Post Doctoral Fellow there itself. In 1975, joned as a Scientist in NAL, Bangalore, & retired from there after ~ 28 yrs.

Interested in BioChemistry, Energy , Ecology, Environment & our ancient language Sanskrit, which is rich in almost all the branches of Science. You may be surprised to know that more than 100 yrs before Newton, one Sanskrit book on Calculus has been written.To know the depth of this book we should know both Newtonian Calculus, & Sanskrit, & the only one copy of the book has been seen by me in arare book collection centre, from where, I could get convinced that such a book ACTUALLY exists -as I am new to the notations, etc..etc.. used in that, I have to admit shame, & apology for not studying Maths.
