I`ve been in the plastics ind. most of my adult life, sheet extrusion,thin and thick thermoforming, before moveing into multi trade industrial maintenance .

currantly,maint. manager at an injection molding company.

i was lucky enuf to get training from a handful of machinist and mold makers along with two master electricans,and a couple pipefitters,auto mechanics,and certified welders.

plus just haveing natural ability,and a drive to learn how things work.

my grandpa wound motors for westinghouse for almost 30 years and was a tinkerer. he hated when i took things apart as a kid ,in later years i teased him i got payed to fix things.
