I am the HSEQ Manager for an oilfield service and rental company. I develop and write all Standard Operating Procedures for our service division. Our service division includes Hydraulic Bolt Torquing, Tensioning, Sub-Sea Tensioning, Hydrostatic Testing (on pipeline and BOP's), Cold Cutting, Slot Recovery, and other services. Writing SOP's requires many hours of technical research of any standards and regulations regarding the job task being performed. I found this website while researching torque values, and it should help me in my line of business.
