Outsourcing to Asia is great if you get what you paid for. Most of time, we are facing to a situation that is the supplier does not deliver parts on time and with quality that you asked. It happens in Taiwan a lot. You many think Taiwan has better quality control then China. It does. But you need to spend time to find them. Time is money. We work with many of our fellows in the states, we solve this kind of problems for them. So far so good. BUT just when you are not paying attention just once. They will screw you up. Watch them like a hawk is not a joke. We've been there.
