I am a planner/ inspector with API653 certification working for Applied Technical Services. Additionally I have 25+ years experience as a maintenance welder in a paper mill. I retired in 2008 and went to work for ATS. ATS is performs Engineering Consulting and NDT Testing and Inspection.
