I joined GlobalSpec in 2010, after an unspecified number of years as an academic librarian (Carnegie Mellon, Penn State and SUNY-Albany) and 7+ at IBM, as a taxonomist and Web site content specialist. I'm working on GlobalSpec's taxonomy and learning that there's more to engineering than I ever imagined.
