I still find a need for a stronger entrepreneurial spirit in the work environment and less of the myth of powerpoint stories where everything is always perfect.

I've been working for over 25 years and see a need to bring engineering jobs inside the USA. Overall price for many corporations operating in India is often the same as USA rates.

I still make it a point to fix things at home and to work on the car to stay sharp.
