Presently working since March 08 with M/s. Havells India Ltd. as a Senior Design Engineer Mechanical.
Company overview & Motors Project: Havells India Ltd is one of the leading Electrical giants today in both domestic & International Market. After switchgears (domestic & Industrial), Fans, CFL's, wires & Cables, Industrial capacitors. Havells has setup a "Three phase induction motor" plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan in technical collaboration with M/s Lafert, Italy
Company is presently manufacturing electric motors from 0.12HP to 470HP.
Job Profile:
- New Product Development for domestic & overseas market as per specification furnished by customer.
- Design & Drafting of mechanical components on Solidworks & Auto Cad Softwares.
- Creating Bill of Material for various Motors in SAP 710 Final Release.
- Maintaining of Routing, Production Version & Release of Costing for the BOMs created.
- Creating Manufacturing Orders for various Motors.
- Support plant in understanding & upgrading the Documents for building motors.
- Execution of engineering change notices, manufacturing instructions and resolving plant issues.
- Support Marketing/customer queries in data base retrieving.
- Support & resolve plant issues, on sample & Production process.
- Interact with sales teams to understand customer application requirements.
