Currently I work in the Automotive industry and I am looking for assistance and designs to start up a new manufacturing plant and process that is geared more toward stabilizing the employment in communities and producing an affordable automobile. Profit within a company can be gained in many ways, annual profit for the stockholders or the better alternative in todays demanding market place. Stable employment and advancement in the community with lower profits annual but secure longevity as a whole for the industry.
