I am an electrician and have been doing this type of work for the past 35 years. I was born in Zagreb, Croatia, spent most of my life in Papua New Guinea and Australia,have been around the globe a couple of times and now live an work in Maningrida, an Aborigine community (similar to American Indian's reservation). I worked on ships as marine sparty for a number of years (old DC gear) , in timber sawmills, diesel power stations, im copper mines in New Guinea mainly, did a lot of electric motors and generator rewinds, a lot of automotive electrical work on Caterpillar machines like dump trucks, dozers, loaders and such, did wiring of a couple of medium size supermarkets, banks, buildings small and large (not higher thewn 3 storeys),

swimming pools, burglar alarms and such. Right now I am interested in solar power because there is a lot of demand for it and it's also an interesting subject. I am interested in discussions on the above subjects and anything else of mutual interests.
