Preparation of Turnkey Tenders/ Proposals (Comprehensive)

- Detailed Process Design

- Equipment Selection and Sizing

- Equipment and Turnkey Pricing

- Process Flow / P & I / Plant Layout Representations

- Piping, Pump age, Instrumentation Calculations

- BOMs, Costing of Proprietary & general Mechanical Equipment

- Estimation of Operational Costs (Utilities, Chemicals)

- Technical Write-ups for Process Units/ Mechanical Equipment

- Technical Data Sheets

- Evaluating Prospective Diversification Options-if required by client

Tender/ Quotation Follow-up

- Techno-Commercial Discussions with clients, consultants

- Price Negotiations

Project Handover

- Preparation of rationalized calculation for project handover

Providing technical support to Project Engineer
