Chemistry , M.Sc.,Organic Chemistry, Ph.D., Synthetic Organic Chemistry Since 1976, I am well accustomed by / for batch processes with linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid ( LABSA ) and dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid ( DDBSA ).From 1980. I exclusively worked for development and improvements in Liquid Detergents, Detergent powders, Detergent Cake , LABSA, DDBSA, Cocomoamide / Cocodiamides, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate , Dioctyl SulphoSuccinic Acid, Turkey Red Oil ( TRO ) and many more anionic surfactants and involved in erection & commissioning of Spray Dryer. Afterwards I was working for continuous sulphonation & sulphation technology in multitube thin film reactor for LABSA, SLS, SLES, AOS. Also involved in erection & commissioning of Spray dryer and development work in spray dried SLS and AOS powders. Detergent powder / liquid detergents are my passion. I am intensively working on detergent formulations, latest detergent ingredients &latest formulations. Specialties: Development work in detergent formulations ( Powders , Liquids, Cakes ) , sulphonation and sulphation technology in Continuous and Batch Processes. Working on latest formulations , ingredients of detergent powders, liquid detergents, DEterget Cakes, sulphonation / sulphation technology , spray drying of detergent powders, SLS, AOS is my hobby and passion.
