The following tests perform on transformer as per IS: 2026

(1) Dielectric test

(a) Separate source power frequency test on HV and LV.

(b) Induced over voltage test (DVDF)

(c) Insulation resistance of HV and LV winding.

(d) Dielectric value of insulation oil as per IS: 335

(2) Parametric test

(a) Winding resistance.

(b) No Load Loss and No Load Current.

(c) Load Loss and Impedances calculation.

(d) Turn Ratio on all taps and phases.

(3) Type test

(a)Temperature Rise test.

(4) Special test

(a) Unbalanced Current test.

(b) Magnetic balance test.

(c) Measurement of Zero Sequence Impedance.

With coordinating the third party inspection and inspection conducted by Electricity Boards and PSU's with the formation and documentation of test reports and certificates
