I'm older than my teeth but I'm not as old as the Hills.

Had first brain haemmorhage back in 99 with 4 extentions [bleeds into same hole] in 04 I had an infarct despite being anticoagulated at 2.4 [INR]. Still love life apart from HMG not letting me drive albeit could not drive my car very well; and not much better with my wheelchairs.

I want to create homes and equipment to enable the disabled to be able from homes to transport but at a fair cost my last powerchair cost me $38,000 US few can afford that and its like housing we have fixed incomes but in last 5 years our Domestic Gas costs have gone up by 91%.........

So if I ask a stupid question it is due to my being mad and not insulting anyones competence.
