What considerations are taken when sectionalising on 11,kV cable network & 11,kV Overhead Line network?

If you have to ask total strangers, maybe you don't need to know.

11kV is permanently lethal if you make a mistake.

One of the very first questions any engineer should ask themselves about a task is who and how many people can die if this task is done poorly. If you cannot answer this question you are not qualified to design this engineering task.

The first consideration is to hire a qualified Electrical Engineer who can look at the project and determine the hazards and risks in the setup, and who will design a layout and construction plan that the work crews can follow to safely build the system.

My recommendation is that you seek out and hire an Electrical Engineer to build your project for you, as your question shows that you are most likely not the 'qualified Electrical Engineer' that the project needs.

Welcome to CR4, by the way. We're a relaxed and friendly bunch, at least when we're not dealing with people trying to do dangerous things that they're not able to handle.
