Maintenance Supervisor

So apologies if the Commercial Forum is solely for selling products and services, but I'm reaching out to every resource I can think of in order to maximize success. If this post violates the Commercial Forum Rules, feel free to delete if necessary.

I'm looking for a Maintenance Supervisor, not going to post the whole Description here, but the Cliff-Notes versions is:

Location: Houston, Texas

Sector: OCTG

~10 years Experience as a Maintenance Person in Manufacturing Industry.

~5 Years experience Supervising Maintenance Personnel in an industrial setting.

Effective Communicator; can speak easily with people of varying functional roles within the organization (from Facility Management to those with entry-level skill sets).

Experience using MRP Software and proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience working for organizations that certified to various ISO/TS/API standards

Creative problem-solver - can facilitate a 'quick fix' to keep running until the proper parts/time can be allocated to 'fix it right.'

Truly understands Predictive and Preventive Maintenance and the value it provides, can establish/refine PM System and processes.

Cliff-note summary - looking for an experience maintenance supervisor that worked their way up through an industrial maintenance setting, for an organization certified to various production/quality standards, that knows what right looks like, can lead a team of skilled tradesmen, and communicate effectively with Management.
