Dear,

Google produced "About 33,200,000" results when I typed your thread title into it.

Why not try a little independent research and thought.

Show us what you've already got, if anything. Maybe someone here will pity you and give you some help.

Would that be a MSWord template, MSExcel template, or some other kind of template?

For that matter, is there really anything as electrical maintenance? Most problems that I've encountered were actually mechanical issues.

Are you talking about changing batteries or setting up electrodes in a vacuum chamber for some purpose? The possibilities are huge!

The template must be developed specifically for the location and for each application in order to be valid and efficient. There is not a really viable "generic" electrical maintenance manual that "fits all".

A quick internet search produced this on the first link

http://www.iso9001help.co.uk/integrated-management-system-manual.html

Should be everything you need to start, except a credit card and a spare $420 USD.

There are likely cheaper alternatives online also, perhaps you will find something in your ISO or OHSAS standards.

If you don't have these how do you expect to complete such a complex manual? You cannot just throw them together you know without proper training, experience and copies of the appropriate standards. Cannot skimp on these things, and no you cannot have a copy of ours.

Any system you develop should take care of Schedule PPM and records for reactive maintenance along with the data base for Spares, consumables & critical spares. HSE is necessary requirement in the format to be developed. There are many CAM system available . You can refer it to get better idea to develop your own. All the best.

Sorry... it would be very remiss of me to provide you with further templates as the ones you have, it would seem, you don't understand, therefore you do not understand the field in which you are trying to enter.

Be honest how much real time experience do you have in an Integrated management system manual for electrical maintenance?

I would hazard a guess at zero hours! Do you know what electrical maintenance is?

A previous post asked you whats wrong with the templates you have already...

while CR4 will offer help to those floundering.... it would seem your are not even making the effort to find a way forward. Templates are OK, but unless you know how to use them, they are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard!

I suggest that you make a request to your company to purchase the templates that you need. Awareness about IMS is not enough. You need to learn, experience and practice it first hand.
