Metering

06/11/2015 9:27 AM

I need to know how to calculate the losses if p1 of a CT is placed in opposite direction.

Again, i want to know how to calculate losses in a shunted TTB.

Finally, if R,Y,B are 800A respectively, how do we calculate the required meter and transformer for such a customer if on 33kv and 11kv.

thank you all

How? By doing it according to the metering standards of the utility that supplies the energy. If this is a non-utility revenue issue, then according to what the electrical engineer who designed the system has put down on the plans for this service.

Google substation calculations, you will get many results, download a couple .pdf's and then do a text search thru all of the files containing your key words (TTB, CT etc.).

Good luck

You don't calculate the losses or the required meter.

That responsibility must fall to a duly qualified electrical engineer, using the applicable codes and specifications for the project.
