Designing/Prototype

07/19/2007 12:16 AM

Any body interested in forming a team to design/produce 3kva hybrid electric generator for less than $500. It can be done and there is a huge market in the world for it.

What is the source of energy? Wind-diesel hybrid generators allready exist. So what exactly is it that you are proposing ? I am very much interested in your project. It is just that I need more information before I say YES.

I've already design 2, but they aren't hybrids. and I'm currently building a DC model.

what did you have in mind?

What I have in mind is the following:

# 3 kva power output based on solar, wind, gas and hydro energy input as a hybrid as an add on to individual homes. I can be contacted on ckusbd@gmail.com

That doesn't say much, and there are a heap of do it yourself conversion using old alternators from broken down wrecks. simple wind mill and you have a charging source for DC current.

I see it as a waste of time, unless you have something else you're not saying?

To produce 3 kva as follows:

500 watts from solar

500 watts from wind

500 watts from gas

500 watts from hydro

1000 watts from bio fuel

The entire generator multiple energy input of at at least three so that its power generation

application can be spread over all seasons and in diverse location basically by an average family. We have been working for asian community requirement but energy need is a global in nature and so why not form a team?

Thanks Paul. I can be contacted on ckusbd@gmail.com. Why not begin with some brain storming on proto typing. Can you brief me on your ideas and requirement so that we can start coordinating between all of us. Looking forward to your response.
