Two contactors?

I say just one. A line isolation contactor is not all that necessary unless you are susceptible to lightning hits quite often. Otherwise it's just another thing to go wrong.

What you want, only soft starter or energy saving also?

If only soft starter then go for inductor based starter.

If you want energy saving then go for VFD
