If hard disk is crashed then how to retrive its data there are some software available if any body can tell the name and from where I can get them please.

Removing the disk and installing into another computer that is working may be able to run a diagonostic to access the info n the drive.

There is a great product called SpinRite, you can get it from:

http://www.grc.com/

If anything can fix your problem, that product should.

(If it can't there is little you can do short of finding a specialised (and very expensive) data recovery service - they disassemble the disk & manually recover the data)

Sometimes it is possible to retreive the information from a non-working disk by putting it in a plastic bag, to avoid condensation, and freezing it for a couple of hours. When you plug it in sometimes they work long enough to retreive data.

if the hard drive doesnt have physical damage you can retrieve files by slaving it to another hard drive.
