Test Driven Development

07/26/2007 3:37 PM

An EE Times article suggests using a methodology that features metric-driven process automation. It says that to be more productive, we need to effectively manage the gigabytes of data produced by today's verification methodologies. First, the team creates project based on needs. Next, a verification team begins to execute on those requirements. The metrics are collected by a metric-driven process automation and management solution. When made available, metrics enable the team to react and make changes based on real-time data. The project development loop is closed by applying reprioritizations, reallocations, or additional automated debug scenarios to gain knowledge from design failures. Could your development efforts benefit from such a methodology?

A.G. Bell never made a single light bulb...

He did however invent the telephone, but I don't know if he tried 1000 different versions.

The quote you are referencing was attributed to Edison.

I agree with JRaef, A.G. never know about light bulb and perhaps still T.A.E. is the inventor of telephone, using a cotton thread and two empty cans at both ends, yes it's funny but we play it once when we are young at age.

To give him a credit... he should be consider as the "Father of Modern Electricity"---Grande----
