ASTM, API.

The easiest way is to put it into a search engine.

try "s275jr ASTM equivalent"

Multiple hits.

Check this answer if it suits you.

Search, "ASTM equivalent to S275JR".

Search, " API 650 4.2.5".

When that fails, hire a local tech who knows what he is doing.

The one that best fits to S 275 JR is A 36/A 36M ASTM, but also you can use ASTM A 572 G50, providing better mechanical properties and similar welding characteristics. You could also use A 992 but maybe more expensive.

It is quite easy to find A 572 G50 at the same or similar price of A 36.

S 275 JR has an ReH 275 MPa and Rm 410/510 MPa, and A 36 corresponding minimum or range values are 250 and 400 / 550, being for A 572 G50, 345 and 450.
