An RCCB is an residual current circuit breaker - to protect against low level (less than 500mA) earth faults only - not overcurrent. If you want to protect against low level earth faults and overcurrent you need an RCBO, this is a combined circuit breaker and RCCB.

A VIGI module is the low level earth fault module that can be added to a circuit breaker to make it into an RCBO. VIGI is the tradename used by Schneider/Merlin Gerin.
