Delta against Star Connected Motor winding

Could anyone share his idea if there are any advantages of using Delta Connected motor against Y-connected for LV. One motor manufacturer says it cannot comply to such requirement (Delta connection for LV Motors). Thanks.

Hay poster , if we use star connected motor ,torque will be very small .
