Bay Controller GE F650

Hi friends,

I want to replace bay controller of GE, model type F650 with some other equivalent brand. These bay controllers are mounted in MV and LV panels in STS(Ship to Shore Cranes) and giving trouble.

Can any body suggest any brand which is cost effective also.

Pls. let me know the difference between a bay controller and a high voltage protection relay or they are same.
