I wasn't sure where to post and this scooter IS transportation, so here goes:
I bought a used Pride Victory 9 a few days ago. Have used it several times for short rides. Went out this afternoon and rode a little longer than usual. Noticed a clicking sound coming from the back (rear wheel driven with the motor in the back, under seat). Then a humming sound joined in and I went home rather than venture farther away. Now I'm hesitant to ride it for fear of damaging the motor somehow.
Any ideas about what might cause a clicking sound? Nothing visible in the back would cause it, so it's not a twig or similar. I'm afraid it's something in the engine.
Thanks in advance for your expertise and input!
