Devesh: Google on 'SPICE' & also VIPEC http://vipec.sourceforge.net/
these are the standard CAD programs for RF & microwave circuit modeling. There are many versions/Windows/Unix/Linux etc. We use Agilent but that's too $$ for students - I'd check out the Vipec, it's supposed to be good. And don't be afraid to ask questions!
