Cannot Login to CR4 from Android Phone

Are you using a browser that you don't normally use to log in?

I'll see what I can find out for you. Have you tried more than one browser? I just got in on my Android using Chrome; I login automatically though so I don't have to remember my user name and password. I'll send in a ticket shortly unless I hear back that you've gotten in.

I'm using the Chrome browser on Android. I don't have or use any other browsers on the phone.

when you are on cr4 login page.

press the three dots in the upper right corner.

scroll down to 'request desktop screen' and try to log in from there.

Got the desktop version login screen and tried logging in. No luck. There's something about logging-in from my mobile that it doesn't like.

I'm not running anything fancy on this phone - no browser plugins, no ad-blockers, no games, nothing like that. Just pretty much a boring, garden-variety Samsung Galaxy S5 with stock apps.
