thin rubber sheet

i am looking for a synthetic blended ,effectively thin (to the thickness of baloon rubber)rubber material which can be sealed to salt water proofing and can be glued to neoprene?..please help

Check your public library or university library for a copy.

Might google for thin rubber, latex. or silicone gasket material.

You have quite a few options. However, can you be more specific on size, application, equipment, what are you trying to seal exactly? This will help narrow things down quite a bit.

Consider SPRAYING the sealant onto the neoprene.

Pl take Neoprene Adhesive which is available in market and spray it over the surface required .Pl give application so that we can give better advice.
