Looking for the Right Rechargeable Battery and Charger

I need to power these two items with a rechargable battery (a single battery to power both would be ideal). Both can be powered on 3.3V (Both 33mA excluding GPS antenna). I need the battery to have a somewhat small/thin profile and it cannot be too heavy (around 2 oz. or less). I also need a charger for the battery.

Along the lines of a CR2 camera battery, only rechargeable, perhaps?

Call Catherine Arnold at +1-503-615-4568. She is a sales engineer at Micro-Power. Once you get past the sales bit she can help you with the battery application.

Oh, that bit about sales was just poor engineering humor. She's really good people.
