I want to thank those that responded to my replacement of air springs on a New Holland 353 round baler. I replaced the two air springs with truck air bags and got along fine with them. The bags that worked on my baler were 1R12-113 with a bellows number of 566-24-3-066. Be sure and line up the old piston the same way that it came off. It was a lot less expensive going with the truck air springs. I don`t know it these bags would fit a different model baler or not. The main thing is if they are long enough, and they don`t bottom out. And the diameter has to be the same as the original. Mine has a bumper at the bottom but it did not hurt anything because there was enough travel. Thanks again.
