Top Entry Panel

08/22/2007 12:51 PM

Hi ,I want to make a swimming pool control panel with top entry. Can anybody suggest where can i fix my terminal connectors and main power termination. Whether i can keep the terminals bottom itself and route the cable from top to bottom inside panel through trunking? Can anybody give any picture for control panel with top entry?

Pump panel

Choose device inside we have to care about capacity of pump motor. If there are many motor we can used inverter, simplier we can used stop, run button.

We should have Earth fault relay and over current for safe.

good luck !

Hi friend thank you for your information .Can you send me the internal arrangement. How to arrange the breakers and contactors inside the panel.I have 3 pumps 5.5 kw and two heater 72 kw .All three phase 415V.Where to keep the terminal connections(top side or bottom side of panel, since it is top entry)

i am confused because the cable entry is from top.

Regards,

First, you tell know how do you calculate current for motor and heater. how do you start motor and heater. If we have a heater, I think we may need a sensor for heater. If we use for swimming pool, we may need a high level switch. I only can give you some information. more clearly you should contact to a switchboard supplier in your local. They will help you. If you need any more information, don't hesitate contact to me in this forum.
