Wat are all the key parameters while designing a tire?

Do anybody have a calculation to calculate the Green Cords Per Inch From the Cured Cords Per inch.

It should be round....

and cheap...

It should never wear out and be environmentally friendly...

Oh and cords... we don't need to stinkin' cords on my tires....

Just smokin' cords...
