Signal Processing Mini Project Ideas Using Matlab

Could anyone please help me out with a 'mini project idea' specifically signal processing related mini project using matlab (because I can only use Matlab as a simulation tool for implementation)

I dont want code or anything I just need an idea so that I can implement it on my own.

But Would like if anyone can help me understand how to implement it in brief.
