World Sleep Day, March 16, 2018

03/16/2018 4:01 PM

Who knew that today is World Sleep Day? Maybe that's why I've been sleepy all day. Or maybe because I couldn't get to sleep last night after I finished a book with an exciting ending. According to research from Northwestern University, having a purpose in life helps one sleep better and awake ready to meet the day. Maybe more sun and less snow would help, too.
