Every Space Launch .... Ever

09/14/2007 9:16 AM

Popular Mechanics has a nice Flash application on their site that is a timeline of every space launch that has ever taken place. You can use it to win arguments like - "What was the first round-trip flight to the moon?" (Answer: Zond-5 in 1968 went to the moon and back with a payload of turtles).
