Dear sirs,

What should be done during the cutting and filling stage in substation?

What should be taken care of?

Best Regards,

The Cut and Fill link provides a good example of the basic cut-and-fill concept...

...but, in practice, an actual topo site plan would, as a minimum, include the total project area that was smaller than the topo map area shown, the configuration of the relevant property lines, the work-extents lines within the property lines, and at least the configuration of the access road(s), if not the near-site storage and waste areas, as well...

Are all 'dear sir' posts suggesting that no answers from female users are accepted? If true, that would be unfairly mean according to western culture.

Isn't Spain mostly a male dominated culture?

Definitely not in my opinion. The European Union has very strict rules about gender equality and I have not seen anyone in Spain daring to disagree with them.

In particular, the current spanish government is female dominated (11 out of 17 pm are female).

How is that a male dominated culture?

I asked because I didn't know. Now I do.

Thanks.

According to wikipedia, gender is based on the deferent. In this case it is unknown. So " Sir ", would be you.

Would that make salutations like

''Dear Madam(s) and/or Sir(s)''

more technically preferable?...

Nothing by yourself, the civil contract should know what to do, just sit back and watch.

Whatever it says in the contract documentation and the laws applicable in the country in which it is taking place, Mildred.

If you film it, maybe using time-lapse photography, you’ll know more for next time when you screen it back.
