i know the basic electronics from repairing of wired ckt to double laired PCB but MB is multy layerd Pcb. how to find its check points

Sorry, but mostly the checkpoints you want stay the manufacturers secret - because he wants to sell a new board instead of having the old one repaired by you. I never saw a mainboard manufacturer giving the whole docs to their customers. Another reason is that those boards are changed in small details so often that the documentations fail - giving the complete docs outside would raise the price from 50$ to 500$ or more.

trobleshooting of motherboard requires expensive measuring instruments , to find check points ? forget it . replacing new one is economical from any point ,todays technology is outdated tommarow , manufacturers do not supply check points for end users , there are regular alteration in prototyping to production ,even if you can detect faults in components where do you find such costomized components to replace. basic layout also seems to change at regular intervals , gone are good old days , threre used to be some standardisation and scope for fault detection and repairs

Do more test and make more experience in practice except theory learning.

dear friend I know how to check the electronic components. but the problem with the motherboard is that i don't know the check points to test it .

I dont know what matherboard your meaning? computer matherboard or all other electronic equiment or instrument motherboard? If you are familiar with components, their principle very much, you have no problem to fix any motherboard. the only issue is read system structure circuit carefully. and know how they work together and what they are action each other.

most of equipment has input, process and output construction. so that you can judge where the problem occure.

If you dont know the system construction. the best method is golden dividing to find out porblem fast.

I contact many young people who are confident they know components very much. but in fact, they dont know these parts very much. most of them dont know IC and their work principle, some of them even dont know bacic electronic components work. when these RLC composite together, they dont know how to judge theri good or bad,

sometime you have to have some basic math knowldge. to help you judge the fault.

Im sympathetic for your working so long, in china, no boss dare to order a worker work so long except employee learn some at his leisure time.

as an example of computer matherboard. you hve to know their construction and match each other.

you hve to know the main parts, like cpu, timer, dma, decoder, interrupter, communicater etc. then you know timer sequency, do that you can judege when and where address can be decoded and the cpu or ram or rom will work. you hve to keep the signal name in mind and theri interface pin name.

most of time you can fix them under helpo of special tools or card, this will reduce more time and spirits.

once you judge the problme point you can chance the chip carefully. this needs patient. and neednt more math knowldge.

But if you hope to fix a filter, though there are only sevral parts, if you hope to do well, you hve to study much math knowledge. and familiar with parts very much.

howver, the principle will be not changed.

however, the most of these board in use in the world are all made in China. India has many specialist as well, you can learn from them.
