Powder Metallurgy: Process and Costs to Develop Automobile Sprockets

Sir,

I want to develop our automobile sprockets in powder metallurgy route instead of machining route. I want to formulate process flows and cost work out for products, to compare it with existing route. Pls explain the method of costing and constraints in powder metallurgy method.
